Agents

Vision Wireless,  has developed 3 agent programs to meet various needs and skill levels. We offer Referral Agent, Managed Agent, and Master Agent programs.

• Referral Agent - you are partnered with a Sales Manager and introduce them to warm opportunities. Upon closing of these deals you will earn either a referral fee or a part of the residuals from the account.
   
• Managed Agent/Account Representative - This is a full time position as a representative for Vision Wireless. You are partnered with an experienced Sales Manager that will help you with proposals and sales appointments to close accounts. Your Sales Manager shares in the residuals from your accounts and is motivated to help you earn and keep the business. In addition you will receive weekly training and be provided with a marketing plan. Managed agents are employees of Vision Wireless that work out of our office and are required to achieve certain activity levels.  As employees, upon completing basic training, you are eligible to receive a full benefits package and participate in a 401K plan.
   
• Master Agent - you run your own business and are responsible for your own accounts. Master agents work independently and are paid as an independent contractor. At least 2 years of telecom experience is required.
